That said, for changes that have to do with adding or removing any of the native device features of your app (local device storage, GPS, camera, etc.), you will still need to publish your app the old-fashioned way (through submission of a new build to the App Store and Google Play). This is because changing such features and access requires a new native build that must go through the traditional app review process as per Apple and Google policy.
