How do I add a new issue? | Aquro Help Center

Issues are automatically added from the error reporting feature of the Aquro Preview app, but you may also add issues manually if they have been reported to you in another way.

To add an issue manually follow these instructions:

  1. Load the task management pane by locating and clicking on TASKS (found in the top menu of the App Studio)
  2. Load the Issue management tool by clicking on the ISSUES button found in the left side menu
  3. Click the ADD NEW ISSUE button
  4. Under Subject enter the subject of this issue
  5. Under Description enter a more detailed description of the issue
  6. To set a status of the issue click the STATUS block and choose a status
  7. To set the version of the app where this issue was reported on click on the VERSION block and then select a version
  8. To assign this issue to a user click on the ASSIGNEE block and select a user
  9. To give the issue a color click on the COLOR block and select a color
  10. To save the issue click on OK
